Pranil Prasad: I trained in Muay Thai at this gym for about six months, and honestly, it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The coaches—Master Anh, Coach Ron, Coach John, and Coach Angelo—are amazing. They know their stuff when it comes to Muay Thai and boxing, but what really sets them apart is how patient and understanding they are. They make sure you’re learning the right techniques and keeping things fun at the same time. The gym itself is awesome. It’s super spacious, clean, and has more than enough punching bags for everyone. You never feel cramped or like you’re fighting for space. The coaches are so hands-on—they’ll come around, check in on you, and give you tips so you’re not building bad habits. You can tell they really care about your progress, which makes a huge difference. The whole vibe of the gym is just next level. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful, and the community of people who train there is amazing. Everyone’s so welcoming and supportive. You’ll make friends, find great sparring partners, and just feel like you’re part of a big family. It’s not just a gym—it’s a place to grow, both physically and mentally, and the positive energy is contagious. If you’re looking for a gym, this should be your first pick. Whether you’re brand new or already have some experience, this is the perfect place to learn, build confidence, and surround yourself with great people who’ll push you to be your best. I can’t recommend it enough! - P
    Aura Wellness Studio - Fremont
    Bay Aerials Gymnastics - Fremont
Jennie Olyaie: I brought my daughter here for 5+ years, and while some of the teachers were great, others seem to have no interest in their job and spend class time watching the clock. I prefer to spend my money on classes where my child develops her skill, instead of running around playing. Unfortunately your child’s success here depends greatly on who they’re assigned to.
    Top Flight - Fremont
Vaish Kandhadai: Coach Carlos is the best! His patience and dedication are helping my daughters interest in gymnastics. The facility itself is well equipped, clean and large enough to have multiple classes practice without getting into each others space. Kelly, the manager is very pleasant and helpful with scheduling classes and answering questions. We tried classes at several other local gymnastics establishments before coming to Top Flight and we are happy that we did!
    Pink Lab - Newark
Rachael Nguyen: This is a great facility! Has all the equipment a gym girlie needs, staff is friendly, and just overall pleasant environment. 12/10 recommend (but I also want to gate keep LOL)
    Club Pilates - Union City
Lisa N: Unfortunately, the management is sketchy and dishonest. I signed up for a membership and was told I would be able to take the intro class since I was brand new to pilates. They add me to an intro class but end up canceling the reservation and rebooking me. Then, the night before the new intro class, they text me that my reservation was canceled because I’m not allowed to take an intro class since I already had a membership. Why waste my time, string me along, and add me to two different intro classes then? This made me uneasy about the studio so I decide to cancel my membership. The contract states that California residents have 5 days to cancel for a full refund. I send my cancelation request on day 3 and they respond ignoring this clause and tell me I have a 3 month commitment I must pay for. I point out the 5-day cancellation policy and they ignore me for a few days but eventually issue me a full refund. It really seemed like they were hoping I hadn’t actually read the contract or would just be too confused to question them. Throughout this whole process, they never apologized once. I would avoid this place.
Power Up! Fitness - Valley Springs
Mark & Amy Madison: I have to rate it for what it is. This gym is overpriced, and does not have a good vibe. The owners have an overly strict attitude. If you cancel on a class, you are fined. Signs everywhere - dont do this, dont do that. The bathrooms are pretty nasty. We finally canceled our membership - had to pay a $60 cancellation fee. I feel like they got us going out the door, but that will be that.

Manthan Shah: Some of the machines are a little rundown/broken, but overall this place is great! Yes, it can get packed, but you just have to deal with it and keep going. Generally, you can get all the workouts you need to get done right there, and theyve got a pool and a track nearby for your cardio work (the pool is very good for sure; havent tried out the track). I know they also do offer fitness classes. Its a shame I havent tried those yet; I know for a fact that some of them would benefit me a lot. I dont think they have any personal trainers, or if they do, I havent seen any. Also, people here are generally very nice and helpful! Im a runner, so I dont go here much, but Ive made friends with many of the regular gymgoers here. Ive had situations where I needed some help with my form or I struggled with bench press, and someone was always there to show me how to do things right. Im going to miss this place when Im done.
