1 /5 Yaqui Romero: I had a very disappointing experience with this notary office today. I’ve been there before and know that the owners speak Spanish. This morning I called to ask a simple question in Spanish, and the man who answered claimed he didn’t speak Spanish. I switched to English immediately, but he hung up on me without explanation.
This was extremely rude and unprofessional. I speak fluent English, so language wasn’t the issue I just felt more comfortable asking the question in Spanish. I’m sharing this review so others are aware of the kind of service you might encounter here. Very unfortunate, especially knowing that this could’ve been handled with basic courtesy.
