    Tiffany Perkins: The worst place to do business. The customer service is mediocre not warm, and they seem to be untrusting with member of affiliate branch members. I had a cashiers check that was sent to me by my bank for a funding with my credit union. They watched me open the envelope detach the remit and sign the back . The teller brought it to the bank manager ( Michelle) which brought it back to me stating they didnt trust that it was real. And told me because the way it looked to her, she wasnt accepting my check. Instead of call the bank for me to verify the check. (which takes 5 minutes) she decides to reject my payment. Thats not how you do business. Very unfriendly. I wouldnt anyone who is handling my money treating me or anyone else this way . Dont bank with Bay Cities credit union. If they cant trust you why would you trust them..

    Jeremy Roberts: I heard from others how great this credit union is, and I’m really glad I stopped by. Brenda helped me and was amazing — super quick, friendly, and made me feel totally comfortable right away. I’ve never had that kind of warm, personal experience at other banks. She explained everything clearly, didn’t rush me, and just had a great attitude overall. The whole vibe of the place is welcoming, and it really feels like they care. It’s nice to have a place in the neighborhood that treats you like a person, not just another customer. I’ll definitely be coming back!

    Ashley Sterk: If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My boyfriend was quoted a price when he dropped off his crankshaft, and ended up paying almost 3 times what he was originally quoted. Not to mention, it took 2 months to get done, because they "forgot" that they had it.. Horrible customer service. I would strongly advise against going to Burts.

    Lucia Arce: Extremely BAD policy. I deposited a large check on August 13. I told the teller I wanted to open a CD with it but was pressed for time so the money was deposited on my savings. Today August 17 after waiting one hour and fifty minutes for a call back, I tried to open the CD, but this credit union could not move the money to a 13-months CD because they put a hold on my check. Therefore, my money is getting pennies on the dollar until the 22 of August when I would be allowed to move the money to the CD. I could understand if Nuvision would not want to give me the money to take some where else but not allowing me to place it in a CD with Univision is stealing interest from me. I tried to send them a screenshot showing the check already cleared my bank but was told no. I asked for a supervisor and was told only the branch could release the hold and there was no way they could talk to the branch. I was and remain so upset. So sad to see so many at the branch with nothing to do while calls go immediately to a call center where one can wait almost two hours to talk to a representative and still get no help. This place has a substantial amount of my hard earned money. I will make sure I will not add more and instead will take it out where they have more fair policies even if they are paying one half percent less in interest.
