They have an online client portal that is convenient to use. Pascual is smart, kind, and friendly. Brenda helped me and was amazing — super quick, friendly, and made me feel totally comfortable right away. I’ve never had that kind of warm, personal experience at other banks. She explained everything clearly, didn’t rush me, and just had a great attitude overall. The whole vibe of the place is welcoming, and it really feels like they care. It’s nice to have a place in the neighborhood that treats you like a person, not just another customer. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Ashley Sterk: If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My boyfriend was quoted a price when he dropped off his crankshaft, and ended up paying almost 3 times what he was originally quoted. Not to mention, it took 2 months to get done, because they "forgot" that they had it.. Horrible customer service. I would strongly advise against going to Burts.

Nuvision Credit Union - Hayward

Lucia Arce: Extremely BAD policy. I deposited a large check on August 13. I told the teller I wanted to open a CD with it but was pressed for time so the money was deposited on my savings. Today August 17 after waiting one hour and fifty minutes for a call back, I tried to open the CD, but this credit union could not move the money to a 13-months CD because they put a hold on my check. Therefore, my money is getting pennies on the dollar until the 22 of August when I would be allowed to move the money to the CD. I could understand if Nuvision would not want to give me the money to take some where else but not allowing me to place it in a CD with Univision is stealing interest from me. I tried to send them a screenshot showing the check already cleared my bank but was told no. I asked for a supervisor and was told only the branch could release the hold and there was no way they could talk to the branch. I was and remain so upset. So sad to see so many at the branch with nothing to do while calls go immediately to a call center where one can wait almost two hours to talk to a representative and still get no help. This place has a substantial amount of my hard earned money. I will make sure I will not add more and instead will take it out where they have more fair policies even if they are paying one half percent less in interest.

Ace King: Worst customer service ever you can get I’ve seen McDonald’s employees with better customer service I have enough money to buy their bank, I’ve been a customer for over 15 years this is how they treat me. I asked them a simple question where the atm is and they gave attitude it was trouble to them just to show me where the atm was. I came back inside asked if I could withdraw cash with apple pay the lady with blonde hair messed up teeth and the Asian lady gave attitude again rolled their eyes and said no. Never coming back here again. If I was a first time customer based of those 2 I would never open a account with Citibank.

Karl Holzenthal: CBA trying to strong arm me into paying over $200. I was notified by a local water company (Kentwood) about four weeks ago that after four years I owe them money! No explanation no physical bill via mail to explain just emails and text! How can you ignore a past due bill for FOUR YEARS? Then without any notice they send it to collection! Now Im guessing they are going to report it to the credit report companies. SCAMMERS!!!
