I purchased an engagement ring on October 21, 2024, and was assured that if I couldnt find the right size, I would be able to return it at any Swarovski location worldwide within 30 days. After returning to my home country, I found out this was incorrect—the ring couldnt be resized due to its design, and the return option wasn’t honored at the local Swarovski store. This misinformation has caused unnecessary stress and disrupted our engagement plans. Be cautious with the advice provided here, as it may not align with actual policies. Very dissatisfied with the service and lack of accountability.
