1 /5 Lynn Fischer: Ordered a custom Lucite gavel for my Grand-daughters Rainbow Girl Installation on 11/23/18. Her Installation is scheduled for 1/12/19. I received my order confirmation the very same day I placed the order. When I had not received the gavel by 1/4/19, I sent an email requesting a status update to Vera. When I did not receive a response, I called the company on 1/7/19 and was told they no longer sell the Lucite gavels and I should have received an e-mail stating that. When I read the e-mail to the representative, her only response was, "well, we didnt charge your card for the order."
