I was quite frankly astounded by how helpful and honest and in my best interest, her service. I was able to get a loan and came out really happy. It was really quick. I was in and out in 15 minutes with great results.

Norma who is usually there, provides excellent customer service and always helps me with what I need. Shes the main reason why I always return, but this location is great and would recommend if you need a pawn loan or getting cool used items for layaway or purchase.

It wasn’t just the negotiated price, location selection, discounts advertised within it was the core values I read on their wall that they lived by. Norma treated me very well. I am homeless and mentally ill. I live in a van. People see me as I have lived in-distress and assume I am uneducated, drug addicted criminal. I have never tried drugs I have never gone to prison I have a degree. Norma spoke to me with compassion and even a little advice I’m going to use. They treated me well as we did the transaction and I felt I would go back again there and you should to.
