1 /5 Luciana Gonzales: Doing business with Stampede has been one of the worse service experiences I have ever had. For 3 months, I received calls almost daily from one of their only 2 agents trying to get my business, once I signed up for a commercial general liability policy, customer services jumped out of the window. Disrespectful and unprofessional staff. Calls and emails not answered or responded, and when they were answered, it was done as they were doing me a favor. When it comes to commercial insurance, I say pay a little extra somewhere else to companies that are actually prepared, trained and invested on seeing your business succeed thru a long term relationship. Stampede is most definitely NOT one of them.
