2 /5 Frances Morrison: This office seems incapable of performing the most basic tasks required, such as sending insurance cards, or consolidating multiple bills into one bill. This has proven the case over and over again over several years. State farm has a confusing business model anyways, with the agents seemingly doing nothing but referring a person to the main 800 numbers but the few things they are supposed to do are done poorly at this particular agency. I would use a different company or at least a different office.
