    Cara Cahambing: Horrible customer service. When we walked in to do an exchange, the worker asked if it was the real chain in a condescending tone. Sorry? Does it look like we’re trying to dupe you? The quality of this brand is poor but not as bad as this stores customer service. I wore the necklace one day to exchange it a week later and it’s scratched. Staff was snarky and rude about it. Never returning to this store and hopefully they can find better staff. Especially the bald guy and Asian girl.

He created a custom piece for me based off a culmination of photos I sent to him via text! He was quick to respond and his work was immaculate! He also asked for my input before the final product was complete and made sure I was happy with the product. I was already recommending him to others hours after picking up my custom piece. I would definitely go back to Kevin in the future. He does quality work in a timely manner. You can tell he has a passion for his craft and is dedicated to growing within the field.
