High quality piercing professional on staff who will recommend placement and jewelry if you need guidance. I recommend making an appointment but if they are free, they can accommodate walk ins. Super fun store and friendly staff!

    DeAjuané Jones: This is a review for Kevin and the custom jewelry pieces he creates based off of customers concepts and designs. Kevin is a professional in all aspects! He created a custom piece for me based off a culmination of photos I sent to him via text! He was quick to respond and his work was immaculate! He also asked for my input before the final product was complete and made sure I was happy with the product. I was already recommending him to others hours after picking up my custom piece. I would definitely go back to Kevin in the future. He does quality work in a timely manner. You can tell he has a passion for his craft and is dedicated to growing within the field.

    okiram ihsoyika: I have had 3 watches repaired at Winson Jewelry. The lady who helped us was extremely helpful and the price for the repair was reasonable. Also, one watch needed a special part which they found and still the price was reasonable. The watches have worked fine for over a year and we will be returning shortly to have other work done on different watches. I recommend Winson to anyone wishing good service. I have not purchased any jewelry from Winson, but the jade pieces looked to be decent quality with good workmanship.

    cyn Bee: I came here to have a watch repaired for my son. It was his fathers who passed away before he was born. I was told the parts were on back order due to covid. I was told as soon as the parts came in they would start the work and call me once the watch was fixed and polished. They didnt have an estimated time because of how things were going surrounding covid. I informed the shop it was sentimental because I wanted to present it to my son for his 18th birthday. My son birthday came and went, no phone call. I went by the establishment with my ticket they looked for my merchandise but didnt find it. They took my info and said the brother has to have it and he would call me. He never did. I went back numerous times and I got the same story, the brother will call. I CANT BELIEVE THIS PLACE HAS STOLEN MY SONS WATCH FROM HIS DECEASED FATHER. The look on his face when I had to tell him they stole it hurt my soul. That watch was the piece to connect him to his deceased father that he never met and these people robbed my son of that. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
