I came in since some stones had fallen out and the ring was in need of repair. Melissa was so incredibly hospitable and kind. She helped everyone who was waiting in such a friendly, helpful manner. She worked with me to figure out how to best fix and take care of my ring. She went above and beyond. She educated me on ring care, the warranty, and how to take the best care of my ring. We went in because I was getting a wedding ring upgrade/new ring for our anniversary! We absolutely loved the experience all thanks to Arleen! She is very knowledgeable and honest, which I very much appreciated considering this was the first time we shopped for jewelry. I ended up getting a gorgeous ring that was completely opposite what I originally thought I wanted. She was so patient and answered all our questions, I hope anyone that goes in has a chance to chat with her. 5 /5 RAQUEL VENTURA: ShaneCo has been my jeweler for a long time. Today we walked in to look at a wedding set upgrade, and I had a list of approximately 10 rings I wanted to see. I live 2 hrs away so I had to make my visit count. Phoebe, who was amazing, found them all promptly, she listened to my opinion and answered all my questions. She helped us so patiently until we finally decided on the one. As always, their customer service was excellent. I would 100% recommend them.

The stores did not have anything &/or the personnel were snooty. That is until I walked into Ben Bridge at the Roseville Galleria where Vanessa G offered assistance. She was FANTASTIC. She guided us through the pros and cons of many watches at various price points and considered what watch would fit on my band. Once we selected the watch, Vanessa jumped through hoops to be sure the new watch fit my wrist with the new band then moved the watch to my old, sentimental band. She had to make some adjustments to my band so it fit perfectly and she did it flawlessly. Thank you to Vanessa G and Ben Bridge for making one very happy customer!! I will be back when buying something for my wife.

Rana Sabeh: I came in to buy a silver chain for some agate stones I purchased on Etsy and Heather was the most welcoming, helpful and enjoyable person Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. She suggested the most perfect adjustable silver chain and even had her jeweler remove the jump ring and attach the stones for me. It was ready so quickly and truly everything was perfection. The whole staff is amazing, I look forward to my next visit hopefully soon!!
