After I returned home I realized was too long for me, and had to be shortened. I went to Bianca based on many glowing reviews, and I was not disappointed! The necklace is complex, kind of woven, and I was expecting to pay some significant amount of money to shorten it. The owner Keith, due to his vast experience with jewelry, saw a simple way of shortening it, and charged almost nothing. Thank you -- I now love to wear my new necklace!!

5 /5 J Chaps: We have nothing but praise for Biancas Fine Jewelry. Chalo took an idea and a pile of family jewelry and created an heirloom from scratch. After my mom passed away, my husband decided that we should create a ring for me with her stones. Little did I know that Chalo would be able to create that heirloom not only with my moms stones but that he could incorporate my grandmothers stones and my great-grandmothers stones as well. After working with my husband s concept, Chalo created a Cad design, a wax ring and then the final product. When I saw the ring for the first time I was brought to tears. It is the most beautiful ring that honors 4 generations of women on both sides of our family. Chalo and Keith are amazing and we willl definitely back. Thank you for making our dream come true!

The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. They are also a Rolex AD and I put my name on the list for a GMT-Master II BLRO knowing how hard they are to get. My wife and I stayed in contact with Matt who was open and honest with us about the process. We really enjoy talking to Matt about the watches they sell and appreciate the time he takes with us every time we are there.
