1 /5 Caroline Saunders: My fiancé and I thought we were sharing a lovely experience designing a ring at Adam’s Jewelers together. The owner was friendly and now I think took advantage that we were younger. We got the ring back really fast after picking everything out and went to pick it up. We don’t know much of anything about diamonds or settings, but after having to bring it back in after I had my finger measured there already and it was made to the wrong size still, I could hear the diamond rattling around. I told the owner and he looked at it and said no making me feel I was going crazy. Months later the diamond was rattling and physically moving around so I took it into a local jewelers, where they sent me photos of how poorly everything was assembled and could not believe the price I had paid for work like this. The prongs had not all been cut to properly hold my diamond at all and I was lucky the diamond did not fall out. I decided to not come back to Adams to get it repaired because why would I want something fixed improperly and decided to go to this jeweler. Upon fixing the horribly done prongs, he told me that the shank on one side wasn’t even done. This place is horrible and they definitely prey on people they know have less experience with fine jewelry. I would NEVER go back here and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. It was so disappointing. They should 100% make this right with my fiancé who spent a good amount of money to try and get me my dream ring. Absolutely horrifying.
