Not only does Shane Co offer beautiful products with extensive ring care after you buy, but the staff at this location made the whole process easy and fun.
I have to give a shoutout to Kent who went above and beyond to make this ring everything I wanted and more. When I came into the store, Kent immediately put me at ease and presented everything so clearly that any feeling of being overwhelmed by the many wonderful options dissipated. He took so much time with me to hone in on what I wanted and genuinely cared about my vision for the ring. I left the store feeling really confident that we had the ring and the stone I wanted and from there, he communicated every detail of the process and the ring was being produced and made every step up to receiving the ring so easy. I cant thank Kent enough for his efforts and both myself and my fiance were blow away by the results.
