    Caroline Frentzen: Cindy is very professional, very pleasant, and very talented at her craft. I brought her undrilled Tahitian pearls and she was able to make earring based on a description of what I wanted her to make. Very satistified. She was also able to restring an old pearl necklace that had lost its shape and upon request was able to shorten the necklace and make the extra pearls into a matching bracelet.

She listened to exactly what I wanted and made it better than I could have imagined. I have gone to The King’s Jewelers for quite a few things now and every time I’ve been well taken care of regardless of who I was working with. I love their attention to detail, patience, and professionalism. LOVE my new emerald and tsavorite ring! Thank you!! Old review: For my birthday and to celebrate a milestone I wanted to buy myself an aquamarine ring. Kings Jewelers had a beautiful pear shaped aquamarine and I was able to work with Marielle to design the perfect setting. Marielle was wonderful, she knew exactly what I wanted and was able to custom design the whole thing. My experience there has been fantastic, and I look forward to working with Marielle again.

    Vasile Gavrila: Very pleasant experience with Estates Consignments. Purchased 3 watches from them, all at very good deals. I never tried their Service Center. I had my vintage watch out for service with a different watch service center, for almost 8 months and they couldnt figure out what is wrong or find parts for my watch. I took the watch to Estates Consignments and I had it back in 2 weeks, working perfectly at a very decent price. I will bring all my watches here from now on. They called me with an estimate the next day, and they would fix it faster but they needed parts. Super fast and very good job!

    Olga Cardamone: The service here is amazing! I have got a lot of jewelry fixed here, including watches, cufflinks, and necklaces. One of my necklaces keeps getting tangled, and the ladies here have been incredibly helpful, fixing it for me several times, once even for free!

    Ophelia Cenea: Where do I start? I honestly wish they would’ve left the one in Walnut Creek location open because that is the only time that I received decent service. From opening day of this location the quality of service provided has been very lackluster and honestly not pleasant. If it wasn’t the closest store to me, I would never shop here. I prefer to do online pick up so that way I can avoid the bad vibe and bad energy in the store. However, today I was shopping for a graduation gift and it was last minute, so I needed something quick. I walked into the store was greeted, which was fine, but no one walked over to ask me if I needed any help I instead had to ask the question if they had something in order to be helped while 1 associate assisted a customer and the other 3 socialized. I don’t know what it is about this location specifically, but it does not provide the service that I have experienced at any other Pandora in other states and I make sure to say that.
