5 /5 Robert Bishop: I have come back to Seascape Fitness. When I joined Seascape Fitness two years ago Jim Tucker wrote “Severely deconditioned” on my interview record. I was hugely overweight and was out of breath after climbing one flight of stairs. Following the guidance of the staff on nutrition and participating in trainer led activities I lost 100 pounds and awakened strength and endurance at a higher level than any in my adult life. I am 72 years old. My insurance offered a free membership to any of several conventional gyms in the area, so I left Seascape for a deal too good to be true. Only, in my case, it wasn’t such a good deal. My motivation and drained away. I didn’t like the focus on machines, and I missed the personal attention of the trainers at Seascape. And I missed the camaraderie of working with a group of funny and dedicated members. So I have returned. My spirits are up, my condition continues to improve, my nutrition practices are reinforced, and I am glad to be back.
