Adina Flores: Wow! This place is a breath of fresh air from our everyday, hectic lives. I recently had the opportunity to dine at the Clubs new restaurant, The Sunset Grill and was blown away. The views are amazing, food is spectacular, and staff is friendly and professional. The members are extremely hospitable and make all guests feel welcome. I am happy to see the Fountaingrove community is still going strong and thriving!

I really do love this place, and highly recommend Vertex to the curious and adventurous!

Paula W: My whole experience at House of Flow was positive, fun and memorable! I took Tristans BUTI class which was upbeat, sweaty and challenging, stretching, shaking and moving me in great ways. The studio itself is so welcoming, and has a dance party vibe--disco ball, black lights, subtle neon accents and all. Its a great environment to let loose and go with the *flow*. The tea offerings and lavender deodorant spray in the bathroom took my experience to the next level .. hospitality at its finest. Thank you Tristan!!

Scott Cary: I am really impressed with the cleanliness and organization of Fitness Plus. This is not a social club, its a gym for people wanting to workout without distractions. Get in, get out, get in shape! As a former health club operator, I appreciate the old school approach to fitness. Yes, you can find a cheaper fitness center to workout at...but you will quickly see the difference! My recommendation is start here the first time.

Nancy Gonzalez: Great gym that has just about everything you need for a solid workout. Id give it a 5 if there was a shower and if it was open 24/7. I love it because theres plenty of room to get my dumbell or HIIT workouts in either inside or out in the courtyard where the Beaverfit box is.

Nadia Schlosser: I love this place so much!! I have felt so much stronger and more flexible since starting these classes! I love all the different types of exercises we can do on the reformer and all the different little tools/gadgets (magic circle, ball, TRX bands, ballet barre, springs, etc) we use to target muscle groups! The instructors are all so different which I really love. Never know what I’ll be doing each class so it’s never boring to me. As a former ballet dancer, my body is loving reconnecting with itself and engaging my muscles so deeply. Work smarter not harder. It’s great to be able to move slowly and be super controlled and feel ever more benefits afterwards than when I did weights and cardio at the gym. Club Pilates for the win!
