    Abbey Seiden: When I arrived at The Yoga Channel to take Nathans Sukha Hatha Yoga class I had no idea what to expect and I was very nervous. Immediately I felt at easy as Nathan guides the class with specific detailed instruction and inspirational messages. I felt safe& cozy, as if I was surrounded by family, and it was easy for me to be present in the practice. The studio was clean, temperature appropriate, and only a minute to the beach. Plenty of parking was available. Next time I will bring a friend as this is a special place to practice that I definitely want to share with others. If you like yoga, you are going to love this .... and .... If you have never tried yoga, you are going to love this!

I first started after just turning 12 years old, my main reason for joining was because I was dealing with bullying at school, and had no idea how to defend myself in these type of situations. What I found was so much more than just self-defense, I gained a level of confidence that’s helped me both on and off the mats. Over time, I grew to love competing and found a passion in pushing myself to be better. Along the way, I’ve made lifelong friends and developed coachable skills that have helped me in everyday life, from school to work and personal relationships.     Beverly Rose: GymKidz is amazing! My son recently started the Rising Ninjas classes and he absolutely loves them. He’s learning real parkour tricks, practicing front flips, and comes home excited after every session. The coaches are encouraging, energetic, and keep the kids engaged the whole time. The gym has a fantastic ninja warrior setup with a fun, well-designed obstacle course that challenges the kids while still feeling safe. It’s been the most fun he’s ever had in a class, and his confidence has skyrocketed. Highly recommend GymKidz to any parent looking for a positive, active environment for their kids!

    Paisley Rose: From my personal experience with the owner, I could never, in good faith, recommend to any woman or mother to go to Danny Garcias gym. I personally would not bring my children here. He is a chauvinist and makes physical threats to women who are mothers of young children. I, personally, had to call the police on him as he physically threatened me. He also harasses people with creepy, talking dolls and behaves in a very strange manner. I would avoid this gym and him at all costs. Beware.
