4 /5 Me & My Shadow: Had the honorable duty of restoring this locations communication after everything mysteriously went dark. I witnessed the manager and assistant manager continue making every consumer feel welcomed, listened-to and serviced while I maneuvered around it all. Three, maybe four, brilliant women and one exceedingly tall, personable man serviced everyone even though it was all in long-hand until I completed comm restoration. Even if Tracy, CA is a little out-of-the-way, youd be hard pressed finding better service.

He kept the watch and not only replaced the battery but also replaced a missing gasket. He cleaned out some moisture that had collected due to the missing gasket. He did this in his home workshop and dropped it off at my house the next day. Amazing service!! Highly recommend.

There was a lady who had great advice to give me when I felt uncertain of a ring or stone. they are good and very warm, even magnetic might I recommend that store to my family and coworkers too. prices are right( not overly expensive in 2024-25 and the service is great!)

It also has a wide selection of cheap and comically large rings, which makes this store good for cosplayers and DIY projects. Cute little store with a lot of potential! I will come back!
