5 /5 Bea Gonzales-Ramirez: I love the 24-hour access to the gym, pool & spa! This is a great family business owned and operated by Steve and Lisa Rovella. The large Olympic-size pool is great for getting your laps in. And, the small heated therapy pool is awesome for aqua aerobics and independent workouts. Friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommended.

5 /5 Gutierrez Valerio (Massage therapist): The Gym is huge, everyone is helpful and respectful. At the front desk the guys there very professional. I like that is open 24 hours The Monthly fee is decent, affordable. Gym not too clean. You have to clean yourself after using each machine. But I’ve seen people not cleaning their machine. Plus restrooms are very dirty also.

4 /5 Reyes Coronado: Great place to work out. The environment is healthy. The people are usually very nice. The owner is a nice man and seems to attract good people. The only reason I put four stars is it would be nice to have new equipment. The reason I go here also is for the steam room. This gym offers more than any gym in hollister in my opinion. Also worth mentioning is all the old equipment is outside. Its kinda cool.

5 /5 Anthony Whitt: Its not the fanciest gym but I kind of like it like that. Im from Texas and dont know anyone here, but at Rovellas as I became more regular the people at the gym (non employees) started to recognize me and started to say hi or have small conversations. The people that work there are also awesome. They are polite and helpful when needed. Also I see the employees cleaning a lot, they have some to clean but also the employees in the front go around and clean also. Seems like a team effort to keep us healthy between staff and gym members, which I appreciate. The sauna, steam room and hot tub are just the cherry on top. Even though I havent tried the pool it looks amazing and is very big. The price per month is also reasonable cause you get to use everything and its 24/7 which is very convenient no matter your schedule.

Andrea Martinez: If you want to experience an accomplished total body work out this is your place. Elva is a master working with all levels, a natural leader, inspirational and results driven. I would put mental blocks of my ability & she has given me the confidence I was lacking. The members, the energy & the music is nothing but uplifting! Ohhh and her spray tanning service is BOMB with no after stickiness or messy sheets. She made me feel like a goddess with my flaws. The season is here ladies!

Zak Allen: This facility looks great with new machines and a spacious design. However, super horrible mean girls style customer service at the front check-in desk. They were both very rude and caddy, like high schoolers. I did walk in front of a grandmother and her daughter (my bad), but there were two women at the front desk. One of them could have checked in the grandma and the other one could have assisted me. Instead, she looked up my account on June 16, 2025, around 8:00a.m. I stopped by because I really had to pee to the point that I almost peed in my pants. I just walked from Planet Fitness on my way to Aldi, which was closed. I had to downgrade my gym membership because of life issues. I had a 24-hour fitness, a golds membership, and an L.A. fitness membership. Up until this interaction, I always thought L.A. fitness was one of the better gyms. The customer service representative even looked up my phone number to see that I was a past member before saying no. Weak. If I were a sales or an operations executive here, I would send you ladies through customer service classes. I would have been a prime new customer again. P.S. the pet store next door, petsmart was closed and the manager was kind enough to let me use the bathroom.

Melissa Decastro: Nice, clean gym in a convenient location. Plentiful cardio, smith machines, & cables. The members and staff are lovely. People re-rack their weight and clean up after themselves. No ridiculous video recording…just people here trying to get their workout and leave. My only issues are: The temperature! It’s consistently HOT and when I say hot. I mean like 79 degrees. I have voiced my concerns and adjusted my workout times to even come when they first open. It’s always boiling in here The cardio machines randomly do software updates in the morning, interrupting your workout: Some equipment seems very unbalanced. For example the bicep curls and standing hamstring curls. Both are weighted very heavily at the bottom or starting point of your rep and then get extremely light by the end of the rep; making it hard to find a good weight to get the burn. Overall a great change from the circus gym down the street. I just wish they’d get the air thing fixed.

M C: It’s expensive for a gym with limited machines, they’re long overdue for an upgrade. Also, they barely have material to wipe down the machines & sometimes don’t even restock the sanitary stations! Terrible.

Irene Rodriguez: I’ve been a member here for the last 7 months, I came across this hidden gem online, it was local and close to home so I decided to check it out. I was nervous walking in and not really knowing what to expect but as soon as you walk through the door, you are greeted with warm friendly smiles , everyone who works there is very helpful and very friendly. The gym is very clean and well maintained, both inside and out and has a very homely feeling to it. The workouts are intense but you are able to go at your own pace. And the workouts are never the same, so you aren’t doing the same repetitive exercises everyday. The trainers are all very knowledgeable, and motivating and they all go above and beyond to push us to our limits and help us reach our goals. And They all somehow make working out fun! I always look forward to going and it has become my favorite way to start my day. I would 100% recommended this gym to everyone! If your looking for a great place to work out that isn’t your average ,boring gym, this is the place! Go and check it out, you will not be disappointed!! From the friendly community, to the most challenging workouts, and amazing coaches they have completely changed my life and my mindset on working out.
