5 /5 Matt Panella: Couldn’t ask for a nicer group of people. Finding someone who could make a few adjustments on one of my Rolex on short notice in a smaller area like this isn’t easy. They were quick, to the point and very nice to work with. Can see a passion in the work they do. Will be back for anything I need in the future!

5 /5 Carol Visser: I broke the temple off my extremely thin frameless glasses. Went to this repair spot. The customer service here was beyond 5* the repair is 100% perfect. I loved everything about this experience. I’m an RN so customer service has always been important in my career and life. I can not give the owner a high enough rating. The frame looked perfect where the repair was done and seriously could not see where it had ever been broken

1 /5 bar bar: I called them about getting a rough estimate for repairing two watches. I understand an exact quote isn’t possible without seeing them, but I was surprised when I was told it was "ridiculous" to ask for a range. Other stores I contacted had no issue providing a ballpark figure. Just wanted to bring this to whoever is going to do business with them. This did decide very much on who I would be getting my repairs from.

5 /5 Katie Swanson: I brought in my wedding band for repair after it snapped and a diamond fell out. They did a wonderful job with the repair and the new diamond matched perfectly! Plus, my ring was fixed within a couple days and the price was very fair. I will definitely be coming back for any other jewelry repairs!
