5 /5 Rick Weber: We have a family-heirloom diamond ring that we wanted to have the diamond transferred to a new setting. We didnt have a familiar (or even recommended) jeweler to work with aside from the online reviews. Bella Jule had the most reviews, but at about 2 weeks before Christmas, a sign was posted that no repairs would be considered until at least after January 8, 2025. We were wishing to have the ring completed by or before Christmas (our own fault for waiting until the last minute). I went in to Liberty Jewelers on December 17. I was pleasantly greeted by Anna and Paden who gladly accepted our request and completed the order. I immediately felt they were very caring and had great suggestions to help us make our decision. The ring was completed exactly as promised, when promised and looks stunning, and completed before Christmas! 5 plus stars all around! I would highly recommend Liberty Jewelers and will definitely be back when we are jewelery shopping again!! Thanks, Anna and Paden!

The owner was there today and i was stoked to do some business with him but instead he wouldnt give me the time of day. Not only that but i was parked outside in their parkinglot waiting for my girlfriend to come out of the store right next to theirs and the owner came out and told me to leave multiple times. Ive done nothing but be a great customer to these guys all tge regular people who work there know me and are nice to me but the owner straight treated me like garbage. Hes like there naybe one day a week and the one day he is actually there he decides to treat a loyal customer like trash. You guys lost future business with me, you can thank your boss for that one. Cant believe he actually came out multiple times to make sure i was leaving..

Izzy Birkelund: I left two necklaces and a bracelet (all missing loops and needing quick soldering) and was told it would take two weeks to finish. A month and two unanswered calls later, I went in and he told me to come back thirty minutes later so he could finish the jobs. The shop was also closed when I first dropped by a month later even though it was in the open hours online, so I had to drop by again a couple hours later. He did give me money off, but clearly did the job in thirty minutes when he’d had a month to do it. The work itself is good, the customer service subpar.

Fiona was amazing and so helpful and took her time to explain how the bracelet could be fixed.
