A month and two unanswered calls later, I went in and he told me to come back thirty minutes later so he could finish the jobs. The shop was also closed when I first dropped by a month later even though it was in the open hours online, so I had to drop by again a couple hours later. He did give me money off, but clearly did the job in thirty minutes when he’d had a month to do it. The work itself is good, the customer service subpar.

Fiona was amazing and so helpful and took her time to explain how the bracelet could be fixed. I was so impressed .I will be taking my accessories there and also will purchase future jewelry from her.     Jovelle Mendoza: I had the worst experience today with my younger sister trying to purchase a ring as a gift. When we walked in and all the associates were talking among themselves. One of them walked over and asked what she could help us with. My younger sister responded and said that she wanted to get an engravable ring as a gift. The woman who is helping us was very passive aggressive and immediately shut us down and said that she would not recommend getting the engravable ring as a gift because it is a final sale item once it’s engraved. We understood that but my sister said she already knew the ring size and requested a size 10. The woman immediately responded and said that they only go up to a size 9, but in previous purchases we have purchased larger sizes than 9. I don’t know if it’s just this particular ring that we were looking at that only goes up to size 9 but her tone was not very pleasant. Then I asked to try on the size 9 because I have larger fingers and, again, she shut us down and said that a size 9 is not going to fit like a size 10. Which we knew, we were just trying to work around the fact that they didn’t have the size that we were looking for and my sister was set on this gift for a while. Then she asked who the ring was for and my younger sister responded that it was for her boyfriend. The woman had said that the size 9 would not fit a man at all, and that she does not think that we should get the ring. I asked again to try on the size 9 of the ring and she brought me back the wrong ring to try on. I asked if I could try the one that we were thinking about purchasing and she told me to put on the one that she gave me because they’re going to be the same size. Then I put it on and I still wanted to try the one that we were thinking about buying because it didn’t look the same at all. She came back with the ring that we were looking at and there was this little plastic thing over the ring that kind of prevented me from properly putting it on. I asked if I could take the plastic thing off and she said “no it’s to prevent any scratching of the ring” which was very strange to me because the other ring that I had tried on did not have the plastic thing. Anyway, we ended up leaving and did not go back. I felt like this experience was very uncomfortable and it felt like she was trying to push us away. Every idea we had she would shut down and was very condescending which made the experience probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at Pandora. I usually feel like Pandora is super accommodating and really patient with their customers because I know that it could be very hard to pick from the various options that they have. This just did not feel like that at all. I don’t know if we took her tone the wrong way or if this experience doesn’t sound bad at all, but my sister and I felt very uncomfortable.
