1 /5 Adam Masoli: Allstate showed me their true colors when they tried to quote me a large sum but as soon as I was in the right they wanted to adjust the quote and make it way less than it was the first quote. My car gets totaled, I get paid out barley and they don’t even think about canceling my account knowing I don’t have a vehicle no more. So much for customer service.

3 /5 James Liu: I purchased auto insurance from Allstate when I purchased my car from Piercy Toyota because its price was better than Farmers. It was good that they are there at Piercy. When I received the email for renewal, I found out the payment is due one month before the renewal date, which motivated me to look for other insurance provider that are more affordable.

1 /5 Jake Ma: 1: Management confusion! 2: Their salesman took my car somewhere else for repair. To get "commissions". Charged me $ 1400. I asked my friend, and the actual cost was only $ 1,000. And dont come here for maintenance! Their salesman, it is estimated that there is a commission, and the price they quote is ridiculously high! Its bad here.
