Suzuki-Gill Eli Go look at their Yelp page for more nightmare reviews. We had to call the West Star office several times after they promised our taxes to be done by a certain date. We finally walked into the office in person and *watched them do the taxes for two hours straight*. Now, I just found out that Hoa and team never filed our personal OR business taxes. Now we owe $615 in fees to the IRS since there are now three instances of unfiled taxes. In the back (!) of your prepared tax papers, they include a paper saying that *you* need to file your taxes with the IRS after they prepare them, leaving you on the hook. The catch? Theyll never tell you about it. ... Please save yourself a massive headache and your hard-earned money.

SG Taxes these guys are great . Ive been going there for 4 years. Friendly and helpful, they will work with you on your schedule or have you drop off documents and prep for you. Takes proper time to answer all questions. This year they were not busy I walked in and walked out in 15 min. Located on the second floor, I dont believe its handicap accessible.

I have multiple policies with Farmers. Their coverage is beyond ordinary insurance while they are comparative in price. Selahi insurance staff are very nice, caring and fast responding agents. Turns out I didn’t have valid insurance and I didn’t even realize that could trigger a whole SR22 situation. First car, first time being this deep into adult stuff, and I was shook. I walked into SLPE two days later still a little embarrassed, but the lady up front literally said, ‘Breathe. We’ll get you fixed up.’ She helped me get same-day SR22 insurance and filed everything with the DMV while I was still sitting there. The monthly SR22 premium wasn’t nearly as bad as I feared — actually fit my budget. I walked out feeling protected, not punished. Saved their number in case any of my friends mess up like I did.

J L Herchenroeder I was really surprised at how fast the service was. I came in for an international driving permit, as did about 3 other people, and i think we were all finished within 20 minutes. That includes the photos for the permit. On the way out they gave me a tote bag and coupons, too

Pramod Gosavi I could give negative stars if there was an option. This is probably the worst auto repair experience and crazy considering this is associated with a brand like AAA. They prey on poor customers getting the car towed in with the AAA towing. The front desk and manager are just thugs. They actually sound and act like thugs. Charged me for an hr of diagnostics and probably did 5 mins of actual work of trying to start the car and look under the hood. Recommended changing everything for a 10 yr old car. When i declined the work, they asked me to pay $500 of storage fees at $75 a day when their own invoice says $25/day if the car is not picked 2 days after agreed upon work is done. Refused to even let me take my things from the car. Kept increasing the storage fees to $1000 until I got help from their main walnut creek office, but still charging me $75/day and threatening to charge more if I dont come pick up same day. Thankfully the main office was able to help. There is a guy called alexander valera who is so offensive and aggressive, I dont know why he is on the front desk. Avoid this shop at all costs.

Adam Masoli Allstate showed me their true colors when they tried to quote me a large sum but as soon as I was in the right they wanted to adjust the quote and make it way less than it was the first quote. My car gets totaled, I get paid out barley and they don’t even think about canceling my account knowing I don’t have a vehicle no more. So much for customer service.

elias Gaytan worst insurance ever they wont explain what your coverages are. we had an accident took for ever to talk to an adjuster make me pay for towing took 3 months for them to get my truck fixed but an get it out of shop because i have to pay 1300 for towing from where i had the accident. not cool at all DONOT GET THESE INSURANCE the worst i ever had..

Martin Guerra This company is one of the worst in San Jose, never answer their calls, if you pay your policy on the 9th they cancel it before it expires. In other companies, id pay $30 to put another car. In this company $150 just to add another, to me it is money steal. I gave 1 star to let me comment. They dont deserve any. Muy muy mal servicio
