We had to call the West Star office several times after they promised our taxes to be done by a certain date. We finally walked into the office in person and *watched them do the taxes for two hours straight*.
Now, I just found out that Hoa and team never filed our personal OR business taxes. Now we owe $615 in fees to the IRS since there are now three instances of unfiled taxes.
In the back (!) of your prepared tax papers, they include a paper saying that *you* need to file your taxes with the IRS after they prepare them, leaving you on the hook. The catch? Theyll never tell you about it.
