1 /5 Laurissa Lynn: Scam artists rip off. Hidden fees. The girls only care about stupid high heals. No customer service. No person to person understanding. Totally incompitent and rude. They told me flat out if i dont like it find a new insurance company. Ive actually been a customer for 7 yrs. i did find a new company better coverage and, much much cheaper omg! I cant belive Ive been paying that much for this long. Honestly skip this place dont wast time and money.

1 /5 Patty Ojeda: If anyone is thinking of going to this place, please DONT !!!! I had canceled my policy and called to double check so I wont get charged but I did either way. I had to call them back because every time they say they will call back its night time and they are closed. I got charged for an insurance I canceled a month ago. They are very unprofesional and have very poor customer service skills. They hang up on you and cant even answer a basic question. Dont go to this people. They dont know how to do their jobs. I regret going there in the first place. Just horrible experience. And the worst customer service ever !!!!

I walked into SLPE two days later still a little embarrassed, but the lady up front literally said, ‘Breathe. We’ll get you fixed up.’ She helped me get same-day SR22 insurance and filed everything with the DMV while I was still sitting there. The monthly SR22 premium wasn’t nearly as bad as I feared — actually fit my budget. I walked out feeling protected, not punished. Saved their number in case any of my friends mess up like I did.

And, I replied "you called me so shouldnt you know who I am or at least inform me who you are?" She said "my boss told me to call and ..." Ive provided them the address for quotation and she asked "what type of property it is and what unit number." Ive told her that Ive provided the address, do you have it? Thats when I said "I am done with this conversation, we both have attitudes and I dont need it."

Im guessing that whenever I (or my husband) call the office, our phone numbers and insurance info must come up on the screen in front of the person taking the call. I say this because they ALWAYS know who is calling, and have quick access to my account. The office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Sometimes they ask if wed like to make a change or upgrade, and they accept our answer (even if we decline) without trying to convince us otherwise with a hard sell attitude.
