Po Yang: Bad communication within the company. Salina Ruiz called me as had an attitude from the start. She asked me "who is this." And, I replied "you called me so shouldnt you know who I am or at least inform me who you are?" She said "my boss told me to call and ..." Ive provided them the address for quotation and she asked "what type of property it is and what unit number." Ive told her that Ive provided the address, do you have it? Thats when I said "I am done with this conversation, we both have attitudes and I dont need it."

Im guessing that whenever I (or my husband) call the office, our phone numbers and insurance info must come up on the screen in front of the person taking the call. I say this because they ALWAYS know who is calling, and have quick access to my account. The office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Sometimes they ask if wed like to make a change or upgrade, and they accept our answer (even if we decline) without trying to convince us otherwise with a hard sell attitude. We highly recommend Angela Frangieh and her staffs services! Keep up the good work!
