    A R: We are only customers because this agency bought out our former agents business. We reached out to Harold a couple of times to get info on what happened with our old agent and how he became our new agent. The office is across the bay and not very convenient for us to access the location. We reached out to meet with him to review our policies as we had done with our former agent. After no response, we told him that we were considering changing agents since he was unresponsive. He emailed back with a short and snippy remark saying fine, were free to do whatever we want. Its been a few years, we still havent looked around and are still with this agency. The only contact weve had is when we receive emails about our policies bill.
