They really take their time to help you find what you are looking for. I bought my fiancé’s ring and I went several times to see the ring that I liked and they were so nice and patient with me. Very kind and friendly I highly recommend. I’ve bought other pieces too and every single one is one of a kind! 10/10

5 /5 Brady Hoggard: What an amazing shop! We tried on several rings, and they were knowledgeable and the employees were so kind and helpful. The shop is accessible through the consignment antique shop next door (you’ll wind through the antique store to find the jewelry corner). Smaller than I expected, but they had a good selection.

Ive bought two vintage rings there, my husband bought an 18K puzzle ring, 2 sons bought their wives wedding sets there and another son has bought several gifts for his wife there. I had my pearls from Japan reknoted and a ring fabricated from my Moms platinum. They are very honest and knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with.

It turns out that - older rings are cut better than newer rings. They were true artisans. The store owners are wonderful people. I definitely recommend shopping here.

David Anderson: INCOMPETENCE: I took two watches that were in operating condition except for needing new batteries to this shop. I asked for the batteries to be replaced. When the watches were brought back to me, one had the stem used to adjust the time and date jammed in place and immovable. I was informed the other watch would not work even with a new battery. The second watch was given to me with the back cover taped to the watch because the cover would not reattach. So I took the watches to a store down the street called Jewelry Repair Newport Beach. The owner/operator is Swiss trained. He quickly diagnosed the problems caused by the Tustin Jewelry Mart and fixed them for a reasonable price. Moral of the story: Don’t take a watch to the Tustin Jewelry Mart for battery replacement or repair. My experience is they don’t know what they are doing and may well break what isn’t broken.
