I’m from the LA area and this place by far has the best customer service. They helped me find my outfits for my friend’s wedding and made a stressful time super easy, fun, and relieving. On top of their impeccable service, they also were able to do alterations in house immediately and honestly helped me with anything I needed. Thanks again for everything! I received so many compliments for my outfits.

Jeannette Young: Terrible quality and service. I ordered a name necklace for my daughter, and they got the design wrong the first time. We had to go back and wait another few days for the correction. When we finally picked it up, my daughter wore it for just a few hours and the rope chain snapped. I went back expecting them to make it right, but instead, they tried to charge me to fix it. The owner flat-out told me that “any of those chains can break at any time” as if that’s acceptable! That tells you everything you need to know about the quality of jewelry he’s selling and how little he cares once he has your money. Extremely disappointed

She worked hard to do all she could (w/in the companys limits) to ensure our work order—for my wifes engagement ring and wedding band combo—was completed on time. She kept us updated throughout because we were facing a travel deadline. Its rare to see this level of effort and diligence, at least for me, and its appreciated.

Melissa Gurrola: Arrived at 7:30 and was told when I opened the door that they were closed yet the time for closing was at 9 (Google) after being refused service other customers were let in with the approval of their manager they signaled for them to enter without even asking if they had a pick up! Everyone looked miserable even their customers! Terrible customer service! They told me to go to Macy’s I ended up at Macy’s Pandora and their Pandora store manager was so helpful and kind the other sales associate was sweet the customers looked happy as well! Loved the atmosphere!!!! I didn’t take long I knew what I wanted took me 15 minutes or less! Will be shopping at the Macys Pandora from now on
