1 /5 Melissa Gurrola: Arrived at 7:30 and was told when I opened the door that they were closed yet the time for closing was at 9 (Google) after being refused service other customers were let in with the approval of their manager they signaled for them to enter without even asking if they had a pick up! Everyone looked miserable even their customers! Terrible customer service! They told me to go to Macy’s
I ended up at Macy’s Pandora and their Pandora store manager was so helpful and kind the other sales associate was sweet the customers looked happy as well! Loved the atmosphere!!!! I didn’t take long I knew what I wanted took me 15 minutes or less! Will be shopping at the Macys Pandora from now on
