We had to go back and wait another few days for the correction. When we finally picked it up, my daughter wore it for just a few hours and the rope chain snapped. I went back expecting them to make it right, but instead, they tried to charge me to fix it. The owner flat-out told me that “any of those chains can break at any time” as if that’s acceptable! That tells you everything you need to know about the quality of jewelry he’s selling and how little he cares once he has your money. Extremely disappointed
