1 /5 Dean Coronado: Aa a customer with PSEA for a few decades by virtue of my mom being a lifer with PG&E (45 years) and later having my own account...I can honestly say PSEA has made it much harder for customers to access their accounts remotely.
Even a couple of months ago, I wouldnt need to wait for a callback the next day from a "Branch Specialist" (first time I was told that was just 5 minutes ago on a call to PSEA.)
It shouldnt be this hard for customers to get a checking balance over the phone in another state, PSEA--because there ARENT any branches in my state.
I will continue to keep my joint account open with auto-deposits and transfer them out the next business day, PSEA. Just keeping it at 0.00 balance for the whole month. Ill use you for my credit report.
Youve changed recently, PSEA; and as a long-time customer of 53 YEARS...I can *NO LONGER* recommend you.
