1 /5 Kayla Contreras: Absolutely would give 0 ⭐️ if I could They are the worst. Literally no update on my claim . I paid out of pocket for a someone who hit me with no license and no insurance. Driving a vehicle that wasn’t theirs. Yet kept giving me the round around saying they never recieved the denial letter. Trying to utilize my coverage with the uninsured motorist . That I pay for every month!!! Sent it numerous times and have record of it. This is ridiculous so quick to take your monthly payment but not to actually help you. That saying “state farm is there” yea sure okay. Ridiculous. $500 is a lot of money for someone like myself living on a set budget. Feels like I’m at fault for the accident. Just for clarity I was hit from behind and have a police report, video and a kind by stander to give his statement. 100% not my fault. However I feel like I’m being blamed. Definitely switching ins.
