The sales staff do not work on commission, so they dont push things on you. They are more interested in getting you a ring that matches your criteria than selling you the most expensive pieces they have. They truly have made this process infinitely easy.

We were teamed with Jim who was very creative and thought outside the box to create the most unique and beautiful ring Ive ever worn, he also worked within our budget. The other staff members were very friendly and welcoming, they even entertained my 1 year old so I could finish taking care of business. Our experience was so pleasant, we will definitely go back for all of our jewelry needs.

Other places were simply terrible and didn’t let us have any agency in the decision. Mardon Jewelers restored dignity to the process of finding the right rings to represent our marriage and with a design that’s made by them, not something from a factory. Can’t recommend this place any higher. 2000/5 stars at least.

1 /5 Peter Zimmerman: Owner tried ripping me off. Said my diamond earrings were not real diamonds and the 14k gold was just in the post. Offered me $5 for them. So I went next door to the watch repair and asked if he could tell me if they were real or not seeing as how he works with gold and sets diamonds. He assured me they were in fact 100 % real diamonds and that they were set in 14k gold. Not just the post. Even told me my earrings were worth at least 700$. So nice try. Wouldnt recommend going there to sell your jewerly to anybody.

I would find it again then lose it. This ring was gone for more than 5 years till I found it again this time. I wanted an in-house jeweler because I didnt want to drop it off to be sent out. I lose this ring all the time and I didnt want to risk it. I found Geneva and the reviews and craftsmanship looked amazing online. I got my ring back today and I am in aw. The work is so beautiful and it looks like it was made this exact way originally. The diamond certificate is engraved in the band, so I didnt want to lose that part. I just had the diamond reset in a more practical way and sized up. There is no sign this ring has been worked on. I am so impressed and thankful. Its comfortable and doesnt catch on anything. Its absolutely perfect. Thank you so much to this lovely family. I will never lose this ring again. I am beyond happy.

Nathalie Barahona-Rojas: Coming from a background of this type of business, I am extremely upset with how this particular location treated me as a customer. The "one day only" purchase I made turned out to be defective. When I went back to address the issue, I was given a mediocre solution. I came back in a second time to see if I could get the salesman to understand why I felt scammed, then got a better response. They offered to switch out the purchased product with the same thing, just "newer". I walked thinking maybe I will just do a whole exchange and get something of equal or lesser value. Thinking, Id saved myself the headache of having another issue. I started to look around the store with the manager, Amy. Everything was fine until I asked if the item could be inspected and tried on before I make a commitment.... Her response was all in her face; she assessed us, the customers, and then stated "we dont allow customers to try on the jewelry anymore." Side note, it was an item well under $700... All I can say is that I feel bad for the customers that walk into this particular location.
