2 /5 Nathalie Barahona-Rojas: Coming from a background of this type of business, I am extremely upset with how this particular location treated me as a customer.
The "one day only" purchase I made turned out to be defective. When I went back to address the issue, I was given a mediocre solution. I came back in a second time to see if I could get the salesman to understand why I felt scammed, then got a better response.
They offered to switch out the purchased product with the same thing, just "newer".
I walked thinking maybe I will just do a whole exchange and get something of equal or lesser value. Thinking, Id saved myself the headache of having another issue.
I started to look around the store with the manager, Amy. Everything was fine until I asked if the item could be inspected and tried on before I make a commitment.... Her response was all in her face; she assessed us, the customers, and then stated "we dont allow customers to try on the jewelry anymore."
Side note, it was an item well under $700...
All I can say is that I feel bad for the customers that walk into this particular location.
