5 /5 Krystin: Everything was great! I had a solitaire diamond ring that I would lose all the time because it was impractical to wear so I would take it off and set it down. Then it would be misplaced. I would find it again then lose it. This ring was gone for more than 5 years till I found it again this time. I wanted an in-house jeweler because I didnt want to drop it off to be sent out. I lose this ring all the time and I didnt want to risk it. I found Geneva and the reviews and craftsmanship looked amazing online. I got my ring back today and I am in aw. The work is so beautiful and it looks like it was made this exact way originally. The diamond certificate is engraved in the band, so I didnt want to lose that part. I just had the diamond reset in a more practical way and sized up. There is no sign this ring has been worked on. I am so impressed and thankful. Its comfortable and doesnt catch on anything. Its absolutely perfect. Thank you so much to this lovely family. I will never lose this ring again. I am beyond happy.

Brought it back and they worked with me to find the right size, and I couldnt be happier! This business is incredible and they have definitely gained a life long customer. 5 /5 Kim Brull: This is my “go to” jeweler. They don’t just sell jewelry but they design and make it also. I had a precious platinum anniversary ring that slipped down the drain into the garbage disposal. It was so disfigured and mangled that I thought it was beyond repair. They not only worked on it but it looks like new; nothing short of amazing. They also reset a diamond for me and designed the setting. You will be missing out if you don’t check out this store.

Geneva Watch and Jewelry service repaired the watch in a few days and returned it to me. Have always been very satisfied with Geneva Watch and Jewelry service. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Definitely will be back, as I have already told my boyfriend he needs to buy and future jewelry from them. Big perk, is they also do custom jewelry pieces, so fellas think about those exquisite one of a kind engagement rings!

Nathalie Barahona-Rojas: Coming from a background of this type of business, I am extremely upset with how this particular location treated me as a customer. The "one day only" purchase I made turned out to be defective. When I went back to address the issue, I was given a mediocre solution. I came back in a second time to see if I could get the salesman to understand why I felt scammed, then got a better response. They offered to switch out the purchased product with the same thing, just "newer". I walked thinking maybe I will just do a whole exchange and get something of equal or lesser value. Thinking, Id saved myself the headache of having another issue. I started to look around the store with the manager, Amy. Everything was fine until I asked if the item could be inspected and tried on before I make a commitment.... Her response was all in her face; she assessed us, the customers, and then stated "we dont allow customers to try on the jewelry anymore." Side note, it was an item well under $700... All I can say is that I feel bad for the customers that walk into this particular location.

Ray Claudio: I’ve never been to a more unprofessional watch store. Be careful, they scam at this location. Not all bayside watches are like this, I have good experiences at other locations. I bought a watch from them about a month ago, and I asked specifically if they had the original box and papers. As it’s a brand new watch from a seeming legitimate store I believed them when they said they did. Long story short I was given a much older seiko box with the wrong papers. I found out when I showed my friend the watch and he pointed out it was the wrong box and papers. The only reason I can think of is that they wanted to save a quick penny. Very disappointed in this, I should’ve seen the signs when I had to ask for my spare links after they sized it, as they assumed I didn’t want them. They now refuse to help me in any way.
