We applied together (I had Power of Attorney) for $275,000. term life insurance. The process was very slow. My client wanted to use her ow Vietnamese insurance agent, I asked her to please try Ladder. That was three weeks ago. My Vietnamese client asked me for the cost almost every day. I could not get a price after may requests. For anyone that ever had a Vietnamese client, they are demanding. She asked me every day for a quote, Ladder could not provide. I was being badgered daily by my client. If youre in a rush, better go elsewhere

The interaction was marked by a consistent lack of sincerity, courtesy, and accountability. It became painfully clear that not only was I not treated with basic respect, but there was also no real interest in maintaining ethical or client-centered standards. Binh Nguyen’s conduct reflected a disregard for both communication and professionalism, which is especially troubling coming from someone in a leadership role. The entire engagement felt like a waste of my time and money. I chose not to proceed with their services, and I strongly encourage others to do their due diligence before doing so. Proceed with caution - or better yet, look elsewhere.
