My experience with this company — specifically with Binh Nguyen, the managing partner — was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. The interaction was marked by a consistent lack of sincerity, courtesy, and accountability. It became painfully clear that not only was I not treated with basic respect, but there was also no real interest in maintaining ethical or client-centered standards.
Binh Nguyen’s conduct reflected a disregard for both communication and professionalism, which is especially troubling coming from someone in a leadership role. The entire engagement felt like a waste of my time and money.
I chose not to proceed with their services, and I strongly encourage others to do their due diligence before doing so. Proceed with caution - or better yet, look elsewhere.
