The interaction was marked by a consistent lack of sincerity, courtesy, and accountability. It became painfully clear that not only was I not treated with basic respect, but there was also no real interest in maintaining ethical or client-centered standards. Binh Nguyen’s conduct reflected a disregard for both communication and professionalism, which is especially troubling coming from someone in a leadership role. The entire engagement felt like a waste of my time and money. I chose not to proceed with their services, and I strongly encourage others to do their due diligence before doing so. Proceed with caution - or better yet, look elsewhere.

Suzuki-Gill Eli: Go look at their Yelp page for more nightmare reviews. We had to call the West Star office several times after they promised our taxes to be done by a certain date. We finally walked into the office in person and *watched them do the taxes for two hours straight*. Now, I just found out that Hoa and team never filed our personal OR business taxes. Now we owe $615 in fees to the IRS since there are now three instances of unfiled taxes. In the back (!) of your prepared tax papers, they include a paper saying that *you* need to file your taxes with the IRS after they prepare them, leaving you on the hook. The catch? Theyll never tell you about it. ... Please save yourself a massive headache and your hard-earned money.

Serenity Vann: This insurance company must be a scam. I was hit in a car accident by someone who had this insurance. My insurance dubbed it not my fault therefore it was American national’s responsibility to cover the costs. They gave me a case worker, Charity, who never answered a single call. I left at least 6 voicemails and was never reached out to and eventually they stopped answering my calls all together. I never got any insurance pay out because this company refuses to work at all. Do not pay these idiots anything.
