    Janice Menendez: I’ve been a member of HIIT IT Pasadena for two years now and have throughly enjoyed the workouts and also the results I have seen from them. Huge difference in my cardio vascular health - that even my doctors gave me feedback on changes in my health. The workouts are all very challenging yet really fun and they vary the workouts throughout the week. The coaches/trainers are all very supportive to your fitness goals and are dedicated to helping you reach those goals - they also have classes on healthy nutrition. love both coach Ralph and coach Christian! Would definitely recommend

    Nyna Boone: Wundabar Pilates Pasadena is truly amazing! The studio has such a welcoming and calming vibe. Clean, bright, and beautifully designed. Every instructor I’ve worked with is knowledgeable, encouraging, and makes sure you’re getting the most out of every session. The workouts are always challenging in the best way and leave me feeling stronger, more centered, and refreshed. They do a great job tailoring each class to your level. It’s easily become one of my favorite places in Pasadena for both fitness and self-care. Highly recommend!

    Noel Lee: The coaches at Anytime Fitness Arcadia helped me start my fitness journey and I couldn’t be more thankful. I worked specifically with Pedro and Andrew Pacleb who are both super knowledgeable, encouraging and kind. I felt challenged to grow and supported at the same time. All the staff are welcoming, the community is friendly and the facility is clean/has all the equipment you need. I can’t say enough good things about this gym!

    Oz Harely Menaged: The gym is good a lot of parking outside. The bathroom is clean and staff is nice to only disadvantage. Is that because it is in the basement there is not a lot of service.

They are so good at focusing on my needs and tailoring the training experience to my goals. The facility is fantastic as well. I also enjoy their company as much if not more than I enjoy the training. Wish I could give 6 stars!

    Kevin Phung: I’ve been coming to Renew Performance Center almost daily for the past 3 months for contrast therapy, and it’s truly been transformative. Their facilities are REALLY great and they are always adding new services to help you become your best self. They have Infrared saunas, cold plunges, red light therapy, float therapy, compression therapy, lymphatic drainage, massages, and stretching. The people here are incredibly welcoming, and I find myself staying longer just to enjoy the positive atmosphere. Gabby, the owner, is exceptional – her kindness makes every visit a boost for both my physical and mental wellness!! Highly recommend Renew to anyone who wants to take their physical and mental health to the next level.

    jill sigler: I love Breakthru Fit Training Studios small group training!! Its always a great workout with lots of variety. I have always found it to be a friendly atmosphere with the right balance of challenge, support and community so you can meet your fitness goals. There are plenty of weights and equipment along with plenty of room. Theres also a large outdoor patio space that is used for part of the workout. I really appreciate the opportunity to be outdoors and the variety it provides. Phil is an amazing and knowledgable trainer who always motivates you to do your best and challenge yourself. The location is super convenient, clean, bright and the parking is incredibly easy. I highly recommend Breakthru Fit Training Studio!

    Anne Thompson: Love this gym! It has great equipment spread out into multiple large rooms and even has an amazing outdoor setup, which I Use a lot. The staff is so friendly - Damian, Steven and Alex have all helped me with questions Ive had with everything from how to use equipment, to my lost keys, to using my Snap membership at other gyms. Ive also gotten to know some other great members and make friends through going to this gym. My dad joined too and even though he has since moved further away, he still makes the drive back to this gym because its such a great spot.
