Kevin Phung: I’ve been coming to Renew Performance Center almost daily for the past 3 months for contrast therapy, and it’s truly been transformative. Their facilities are REALLY great and they are always adding new services to help you become your best self. They have Infrared saunas, cold plunges, red light therapy, float therapy, compression therapy, lymphatic drainage, massages, and stretching. The people here are incredibly welcoming, and I find myself staying longer just to enjoy the positive atmosphere. Gabby, the owner, is exceptional – her kindness makes every visit a boost for both my physical and mental wellness!! Highly recommend Renew to anyone who wants to take their physical and mental health to the next level.

jill sigler: I love Breakthru Fit Training Studios small group training!! Its always a great workout with lots of variety. I have always found it to be a friendly atmosphere with the right balance of challenge, support and community so you can meet your fitness goals. There are plenty of weights and equipment along with plenty of room. Theres also a large outdoor patio space that is used for part of the workout. I really appreciate the opportunity to be outdoors and the variety it provides. Phil is an amazing and knowledgable trainer who always motivates you to do your best and challenge yourself. The location is super convenient, clean, bright and the parking is incredibly easy. I highly recommend Breakthru Fit Training Studio!

Anne Thompson: Love this gym! It has great equipment spread out into multiple large rooms and even has an amazing outdoor setup, which I Use a lot. The staff is so friendly - Damian, Steven and Alex have all helped me with questions Ive had with everything from how to use equipment, to my lost keys, to using my Snap membership at other gyms. Ive also gotten to know some other great members and make friends through going to this gym. My dad joined too and even though he has since moved further away, he still makes the drive back to this gym because its such a great spot.

She truly made me feel comfortable, made sure I was doing everything accurately and made the class so enjoyable. I was hesitant about trying Lagree and she had a graceful way (pun intended) of putting my nervousness at ease all while kicking my butt with a superfluous workout! Jen C: Ron is hands down the most amazing trainer! I cannot say enough good things about him. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of how the body works, nutrition, safety, and what works and what doesnt. Ron is also very supportive and kind. Its soooo good to know that you have someone who always has your back and has your best interests at heart. He genuinely wants you to succeed at your goals and improve your health. During our workouts, I always feel challenged but never feel its too much. I feel challenged at just the right amount because he tailors the sessions to my physical abilities. Working out with Ron is one of the things I most look forward to during the week. I always leave the gym feeling like I am finally able to be in control of my own destiny and health. Ive already lost over 10lbs of body fat after training with him in a short amount of time. My clothes are fitting better and my energy level has gone up because my body is building lean muscle. When I first started, I could barely do a sit up, but recently I was able to do 10 sets of sit ups and squats. I cannot explain how much joy that fact brings me. Theres still a lot of hard work until I reach my goals, but for the first time, I feel empowered that I am actually able to reach those goals with Rons help. If you are considering personal training, you have to try training with Ron because there is no comparison to him.

I have always prided myself on being and staying in shape. Lucky for me about six weeks ago, I saw Aion’s sign and investigated. The staff and assistants are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Their primary purpose is to challenge you while respecting any limitations that you may have (age included).
