5 /5 Michele Rittenhouse: Connie was wonderful! I have been wanting a certain mom bracelet that I found last fall at Tanger outlet Mall in Wisconsin Dells. I thought it would make a great Christmas present so I put it on my list. However, I didnt get it which is okay but I still thought about it. I decided to purchase it for myself and called the outlet but it had already sold and I was told I would have to wait to see if they got the piece back in stock so to keep calling or visiting. The outlet I found it at is about an hour away from my home so I dont visit very often. I checked my local Kays at East Towne Mall in Madison. I was told because I found it at an outlet I would have to buy it from that Kays. I figured when the weather got warmer I would visit the outlet again in the dells so I waited. Over the holidays I got engaged and I wanted my ring to be from Kays so not giving up I asked just out of curiosity about the bracelet and was told the same thing about it coming from an outlet. For spring break I came out to California to visit family and we visited the mall in Victorville. Ive seen they had a Kays and I just thought out of curiosity I would try one more time. This is when I met Connie she was so knowledgeable and explained about the outlet again which I understood however, she said she could look it up on the Kays website and see if she could find it and have it ordered for me. I was thrilled! I am so happy I decided to take a chance and ask again about the bracelet. I recommend the Kays in Victorville Mall, CA and Connie highly! I now have my bracelet.
