Alex Hopkins: Came in to have a ring I ordered online resized after I made a mistake measuring my size. Frank was very friendly and helpful, we worked out the correct size and was offered a perfectly reasonable price for the work. To top it off, less than an hour later their jewler had the ring reduced to the correct size with no visible solder joints or damage. I would definitley come back and would recomend them anyone in the area looking for repairs on their jewlery.

Sarah Bishop: BEST JEWELER AROUND!! My husband and I first met the owner of Ayala Jewelers in 2010 when we were engaged to be married. She was so wonderful and worked with us (we were young kids, right out of high school!) We loved the rings that we purchased from her and that was my set until my husband bought me a new set for our 10 year anniversary! We ended up moving out of State in 2016. When I was back in CA visiting, this year (2023), the ring my husband bought me for our 10 year anniversary (from another jeweler) bent pretty badly. I stopped by Ayala Jewelers to see if shed be able to fix the ring with how badly it was bent (it was a VERY thin band, dont recommend if you have a big stone!) First, she remembered me from all of those years ago!! That meant SO much to me It was great to catch up and fill her in on the life my husband and I had created with our 4 children Second, she went above and beyond with resetting my 2.5ct Moissanite stone into a thicker band and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! I had to fly back home before it was ready and she paid to have it shipped to me priority. She kept in touch and communicated well with every step of the way. She truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Even though I am now out of State, I will still go through her business with any of my Jeweler needs, and I recommend her to all of my local family and friends! Pics for reference to see what a beautiful and AMAZING job she did!!

Fermin Grande: I’ve known Jose and Diego for about 6 years now. Over the years, I’ve asked them to make special custom jewelry for me. Both of them have been attentive and have been great with their completion timeline. If any issues or questions arise, they are always open to work with the customers. Luro’s is an affordable place where I’ve bought watches and also a couple of chains. I refuse to go anywhere else. The jewelry/watches are high quality and at reasonable prices. If you need custom jewelry or just jewelry in general, this is definitely the place to go in Davis. Jose’s and Diego’s personality and attitude towards customers is definitely commendable and it always makes me feel welcomed.

Michelle Owens: I took in two high end watches to have batteries replaced. Both watches worked for about two weeks before one stopped and the other started losing time. I took them back in to have the batteries tested and both tested fine. Two weeks in the watches again stopped working properly. I waited several months and took one watch back that kept losing time. I was told that for the week that they had my watch it kept perfect time. I explained that for six months my watch has been off by 15-20 minutes. Long story short, my watch required the Swiss version of the energizer battery I was given for the watch losing time .They had broken the stabilizer on the other watch so the battery in was moving around and not in place. Would not recommend taking any watch to these folks. Save yourself time and go next door to Sears
