LuRo Jewelers - Davis Fermin Grande: Iāve known Jose and Diego for about 6 years now. Over the years, Iāve asked them to make special custom jewelry for me. Both of them have been attentive and have been great with their completion timeline. If any issues or questions arise, they are always open to work with the customers.
Luroās is an affordable place where Iāve bought watches and also a couple of chains. I refuse to go anywhere else. The jewelry/watches are high quality and at reasonable prices. If you need custom jewelry or just jewelry in general, this is definitely the place to go in Davis.
Joseās and Diegoās personality and attitude towards customers is definitely commendable and it always makes me feel welcomed.
T.J. Maxx - Davis Ellen Sun: Iām bring an online item to return to store, unfortunately the online warehouse made a mistake put no return on slip. The store refuses to scan bar code even though I present email clearly says āpresent this bar code for free rerun in storeā. One of the manager (with glasses) was ok, she provided me a customer service phone number to call for this problem. The other manager was super rude and refused to explain anything with he impatient face and tone. The whole time I was calm to present my situation and ask what I need to do in this case, I was surprised that the other manager had no management skill at all and with an attitude. Iām a manger too working for California state, every manager supposed to have basic management training and threshold to become a manager, I donāt understand how can a person with no customer skills or problem solving skills become a manager in this store. I hope TJ MAXX would at least have some training to educate their managers.
