    Jie Zhang: Ive been working with Leila for almost 8 months now. I started after my youngest turned 1. I couldnt even do a single push-up back then. Now I get into a regular routine of doing exercise (best effort for a working mom) and feel good about myself. What I like most about Leila is that she listens to my needs, gives me well-balanced training plan, checks on me every time we meet in a way that keeps me motivated and self-disciplined but never feel stressed or overwhelmed. Working with a trainer like Leila just makes the whole process so efficient, joyful and thus sustainable.

    Alison Rempel: Ive been doing the Perfect Workout for over 7 years. My strength and balance have improved greatly. They have been wonderfully flexible aroundrecoveries from minor surgeries and travel schedules. In fact, when I travel I check studio locations and have been able to keep up workouts in different states. During the pandemic, PW switched to online workouts, using body weight and items around the house for creative workouts. I chose to return to the studio when it reopened and had not lost ground! The trainers are encouraging and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend it.

    Shami Jose: Pure barre Sunnyvale - the newest Barre studio of South Bay I’ll start with I’m a complete beginner to Barre and regular fitness sessions. Super welcoming atmosphere, motivating trainers, clean and nice space. Gives you determination to come back and stay focused on your journey. Selam and EK, the owners are such sweet souls who are very welcoming and warm. They are always there to help in any way they can. In the last couple days I have had classes with Cathy and Kawal. Both of the instructors were highly motivating and made sure to correct me gently whenever I had bad form or posture. I have gone in during peak evening times with ~20 people and also during mid day with just a couple. The care the instructors show towards getting us confident is phenomenal. Tip: Go mid day to not be part of a big group. But if the group gives you better motivation and energy - go in the evenings. The instructors are amazing any time you go. I cannot recommend this studio enough. I feel so good after leaving each session.

    Kelly Zhao: Parking situation is getting worse and worse. Today I parked my car in the lot during my visit. When I returned, I found another car parked so close to mine that I couldnt even open my door to get in. This was particularly frustrating because there were plenty of other parking spots available at the time. While I understand that parking behavior is the responsibility of individual drivers, I believe Bay Club could improve the situation by encouraging better parking practices or adding clear guidelines to ensure members are considerate of others. I hope management takes this feedback into account and implements measures to avoid such inconveniences in the future.

    Rina Lee: I have been going to XP360 since January 2017. I go about 5-6 times a week (strength training on weekdays and boxing on Saturdays). Before that, I have never been consistent working out anywhere else. I joined the gym because I’m getting older and I needed strength training. When I first started, I felt lost and didn’t know anything and had never touched the barbell. Over the past 7 years, my friends and family notice my physique and posture improvements. I know I am getting stronger and all the credit has to go to coach Xavier. He is knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, caring yet firm and motivating. To me, he is not only a coach but has become a good friend. Stacy is also super helpful and knowledgeable. She has an answer to any question regarding workouts and anything you need to know about the gym. She has a way to motivate me to do better whenever we are in the same class. XP360 is not only a gym but a community. I have met some of the most positive and driven people there. This special place welcomes everyone in any shape, age or background. Going to the gym has become part of my daily life and I am not planning on stopping as long as the door is open.

    Lotte Lemmen: Great studio with a safe, supportive, and body-positive environment. Olivera takes the time to help everyone, with a kind smile, and lots of patience for newcomers like me. The classes focus on breathing, posture and proper technique. I love the balance of challenge and relaxation, and the small group setting allows for personal attention. I left feeling refreshed, energized, and more connected to my body. I love this place!
