1 /5 Elaine Bigornia: This review is regarding a failed appointment. Someone, might I say, a very helpful representative of StretchLab, reached out to me by telephone to schedule a first time stretch for me. He gave me the details and where to park and that this was going to be a wonderful experience. I was so looking forward to this appointment. I set aside time in my day, packed my socks, and got my daughter ready too. We drove there and got a bit lost. Finally, because I didn’t want to be late, I called to get further directions. The lady who answered said oh, we cancelled your appointment because you didn’t pay in advance. What? Hm, I was never told that I had to do so. I let her know the situation that I was not given that information over the phone with the gentleman that scheduled me. This was not my fault. Plus, no one made an attempt to contact me to say my appointment would be cancelled. I messaged the company back to let them know this happened and no one has even tried to contact me back. So, so sad the customer service is poor and lacking quality. I had really hoped for much more.
