4 /5 MOE JARADAT: Just like the rest of all JC Pennys locations, if youve seen one, youve seen them all. However, its clean and a little more organized. Great prices and specials offered through out each department.

5 /5 kathy wheeler: Spacious aisles Elevators for Disabled Persons and Children in strollers. Return and exchange was a worry free process. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I truly enjoyed my shopping experience.

1 /5 Alayza Alvarez: Amanda at the Modesto location is probably the rudest person I have ever come across at a JCPenney location. She was in a rush to leave and didnt want to explain why a coupon wasnt able to be used. She turned her screen and said it doesnt qualify. As soon as the receipt came out she said ok bye im leaving.
